About the Role: Campusify is looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes using our platform. This role involves onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities for further engagement.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct onboarding sessions and product training for new clients.
Proactively identify and resolve client issues.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to provide customer feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field.
3-7 years of experience in customer success or account management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset.
Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus.
